Preliminary questionnaire

Why a preliminary check?

Most financial services providers, for example banks use checks, filters and reports to determine if they will start the account opening process, open an account and maintain such account opened. By having (prospect) clients adhere to Compliance rules and regulations, financial services providers, for example banks try to mitigate any possible risks of incurring monetary penalties and reputation damages.

Duis Historia offers preliminary checks, filters and reports to help you and financial service providers, for example banks in starting the account opening process, opening an account and maintaining such account opened.

One of the tools used, is a duly filled-in preliminary questionnaire. If you want Duis Historia to help you, then please fill-in this preliminary questionnaire as detailed as possible. It will be used for preliminary analysis for a possible onboarding of a possible (prospect) client.

Compliance

Compliance is here to stay

Please be informed that Compliance is a word that originates from the term “to comply”, in simple English it means to comply with guidelines, policies, rules and regulations. Compliance is here to stay and even more so in the (near) future.

Our focus is for example on those parameters which among others Compliance categorizes as “risky” and/or “high risk”: certain currencies, geographical regions, jurisdictions (countries), nationalities, transactions and types of (sub)industries.

We can also assist with traditional, non-“risky” and/or non-“high risk” (prospect) clients — in other words, with those more “traditional” (prospect) clients and/or business ventures.

In order for us to analyze and give you a preliminary opinion if you will or will not pass Compliance, you are asked to fill-in the preliminary questionnaire. By using among others the information provided by you, our experience and knowledge, we will be able to give you a preliminary opinion if you will pass Compliance yes or no.

01

Offshore / European company setup

Getting your company incorporated in your choice of jurisdiction is the first step and the most difficult one: you have to deal with the country’s compliance and business terms. Not so difficult for someone who knows the process, the laws, and is already a veteran in the business.

02

Business banking

Getting an international business bank account is mandatory if you want to expand globally, but because of confusing and hard to understand AML and KYC policies, it becomes next to impossible to get one if you are not physically present. Thanks to an extensive network of banking connections, you can get an international IBAN/SWIFT account with the KYC and AML conditions clearly defined and straightforward documentation.

03

Merchant account

Opening a merchant account for your new or already existing business can be quite easy. Customized solutions for payment services are available for gaming and forex industries, with hand-picked acquiring partners offering reliable credit, debit and e-check processing to almost every high-risk industry — whether you are located in the USA, Australia, the UK, Latin America, the EU or Africa.

Please be informed that we can not guarantee 100% acceptance of our debit card internationally.
